Shawn was distracted and uninterested when I checked in for my appointment. He did listen and try to get as much information as he could. When I came back to pick up the truck it was like a different perso for my appointment. He did listen and try to get as much information as he could. We can all have a rough start to the day, I am happy to say my opinion changed after the conversation. when I picked up the truck. This is not so much a comment for Shawn as for the dealership, sI purchased an extended bumper to bumper warranty and it was not noted on my profiler nor did the service know about it or have any answers to my questions about what I purchased. I understand it is separate departments, but I do not care you are one dealership. you should act like it. More
