I wanted to wait a few weeks after purchasing my Jeep here to give a proper review. It’s now been a month and I still couldn’t be any happier with my vehicle or my choice in dealership. If you read any review on this page, this is the one! I spent the last decade living in NYC so I didn’t own a car. I moved to Florida last year with my 2 yr old son, and life here was brutal without our own vehicle. I saved up and was finally ready to purchase, and originally tried to go through Carvana, then Car Max. Carvana is kind of a bait & switch if you didn’t know. You go through with financing and at the very end, you learn your new car that was supposed to arrive for free in 1 day now costs $1900 extra for delivery in 3-4 weeks. I’ll spare you on Car Max but I left in tears. So the next day I decided to try one more place, and headed to Central Florida Chrysler Dodge to test drive an SUV I had seen online. The second I walked into the dealership I knew they were different than the others. I was shocked at how nice everyone was...and not like pushy, fake nice, just genuine and kind. Javier is who I owe the biggest thank you too though. Turns out it’s a lot harder to get a car when you haven’t owned one in 10 years… even harder as a struggling single mom. But Javier went to BAT for me. He spent so much time with me, making sure I was able to leave with a car that day as he knew how important it was for my son and I. I could go on and on but I’ll keep it short and say I left that afternoon in a beautiful Jeep Cherokee. The smile on my sons face when I pulled home in it later that night was just the icing on the cake. So thank you again to Javier and everyone at CF Chrysler…you guys are the absolute best of the best and I’m sending everyone I know to this dealership from here on out! More
