I got my tires changed, oil change, rear license plate bulb changed, and diagnosis for a recurring issue with my sounds system. I’m glad the rental was covered under the warranty and Bob and Craig had gre bulb changed, and diagnosis for a recurring issue with my sounds system. I’m glad the rental was covered under the warranty and Bob and Craig had great customer service. Tires look good but they did not screw back on the little green caps where the air goes in. We will see if changing the radio instead of the speaker works. Bummed I had to pay another deductible for the same problem. More

I had an appointment at 10am as a waiter for an oil change and tire rotation and it took 4 hours for the service to be completed. I've never had to wait so long for basic service, and if the garage is change and tire rotation and it took 4 hours for the service to be completed. Very unhappy with service. The service department put 12 qts of oil in our vehicle when we got our oil changed. I took it back for them to check it and they said nothing was wr The service department put 12 qts of oil in our vehicle when we got our oil changed. I took it back for them to check it and they said nothing was wrong with it so we drained all the oil out ourselves so we could measure it 12 qts. Now it isn’t running right. We will never go back.
