Our service advisor was nice, but the service took 2 hours 45 minutes when it should have taken 45 minutes. Wasn't made aware of the automatic Family Advantage fee of $3000. even after my husband talked with someone and asked about hidden fees before we made the trip over to Orlando from Merritt Island. We would of $3000. even after my husband talked with someone and asked about hidden fees before we made the trip over to Orlando from Merritt Island. We would not have gone. Jemal was great though!! I would definitely recommend him. And if I recommended this dealership, I would tell them to add $3000 to the price of the vehicle right off the bat. More
