It took 2 hours and 45 minutes for an oil change and tire rotation. I watched through the window and every technician walked and moved at a snails pace. No one had purpose in their movement. I would advise anyone looking to purchase a new or used reliable vehicle to not buy a car from this dealership. I bought a used 2017 Audi from them this year and everyone from the salesperson to the Genera reliable vehicle to not buy a car from this dealership. I bought a used 2017 Audi from them this year and everyone from the salesperson to the General Sales Manager Don Glorius will initially be courteous and say anything to have you purchase a vehicle with them. However they will not stand behind the vehicle that they sell you after the purchase is completed and they will also insist on buying additional extended warranties through them that they claim will cover any future issues that may occur with the vehicle and will also charge you for a Central Florida CDJR advantage fee and a vehicle reconditioning fee that they claim ensures that their cars are in good running condition, however to my understanding it is just their way to make you pay more for the vehicle and does not ensure anything. The Audi we purchased was driving fine during the multiple test drives we took, Nevertheless when everything was finalized and I was driving the car home it began having issues shifting and after taking it to get checked out, I was told the transmission was gonna need to be replaced and was gonna cost at least $8,xxx for the car to run properly again. Therefore within less than 10 miles from driving the car home after completing the sale for over $30,xxx , the car needed over $8,000 in repairs to have the car running properly again. The car had a clean Carfax with a good maintenance history, and after going back and forth with the dealership, the General Sales Manager Don Glorius spoke with me and ensured me he would do everything he could to remedy the situation due to the issues with the car arising less than 10 miles after driving the car back home. After days of waiting and the dealership even attempting to get the car repaired under the extended warranty I purchased from them, the warranty company would not authorize any repairs due to them stating that the car must have been knowingly sold with preexisting transmission issues. After Central Florida Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram realized the warranty company would not approve the repairs, the dealership tried to absolve themselves from getting involved with the situation any further and stating that they did everything they could to help by trying to get the situation resolved with the warranty company and since they denied the claim there was nothing more they could do. Although the car had not even been driven 10 miles from the dealership on the same day of the purchase before the problems arose. Their last and what they claimed was the best that they could do to help remedy the situation was offering us almost $15,000 less than what they sold the car to us for just a few days prior. After talking to the General Sales Manager Don Glorius one more time and him saying that they had done all that they could do for us. I asked how they could treat any customer and also a military family in that way, when I repeatedly told them that we needed a reliable car as my sister just came back home from deployment after leaving her year old baby for over a year a few weeks before making the purchase and I asked how they could do such shady business by selling cars that they don’t stand by and he basically said that he wouldn’t do anything else besides offer us almost $15,000 less than what we bought the car from them for. For that reason I would caution anyone in the market for a vehicle against buying a car from this dealership because they will try and be polite and helpful prior to a sale. However after the sale is made they will not stand by the vehicle that they sell you! More
