This was the second time I have had my new 2022 Jeep Compass in for a rear axle leak. The dealership had my car for a week first time and it was not corrected. I bought a jeep three months ago and had an engine light pop up and the car overheated within three months. We took it to this repair shop at jeep compass and I did not get my car back for seven days. I was pop up and the car overheated within three months. We took it to this repair shop at jeep compass and I did not get my car back for seven days. I was never given a time estimate of when I would get my car back. I never received a message that things were moving forward and you were working on my car. I had to text, the representative almost daily to get an update and still did not get an update that you were working on my car. Then I picked up my car and had to wait around for about 30 minutes because they could not find my car. Then, when I received my car, I drove off the lot and down the road, and as I was driving behind my son, I looked at the car that had been fixed, and the car had a huge scratch and bump, and Damage to the left backside of the car. We immediately turned around and brought it back to Jeep compass. Where I was told that they did know that this accident had happened to my vehicle. Never told me that this had happened to my vehicle and allowed me to leave the lot With this damage to my car. Then I was told that I then had to leave the car to get it fixed there and they apologize that they did not fix it before they gave it to me but again they never told me that they had an accident in the repair shop to my car. And then I had To Drive with my son in my own car to a rental car place and pick up a rental car that took another hour or two of my time. And I still do not have my car back. So high M, pretty unhappy with the entire service of what I have received so far. This is the first jeep I’ve ever owned and it has not been a good experience so far. Again, I still don’t have my car. Since I dropped it off with the damage I’ve been driving a rental car for four days. And again I have not received one update to my car or a time estimate of when I would get my car back. Frustrated and disappointed are the only words I can think of right now. More

Sales person Joe Lieberman was great however some of the sales managers have a lot to learn about tactics and the real world.
