The service itself seems to be performed well, however it is absolutely ridiculous that you make an appointment and when you get there you are told it “means nothing”. All it does is assign you to an advisor is absolutely ridiculous that you make an appointment and when you get there you are told it “means nothing”. All it does is assign you to an advisor to check you in. If you simply drive up without an appointment you just get assigned an advisor at that time. With or without an appointment your car just gets put in the same line for service. A simple oil change should not take two hours!! Also, my service advisor, Andy Savas, is terrible. Both times I was there for service he went to lunch when my car was ready without even letting me know (and he has the ability to text me). I had to be proactive to go up front and hunt down some to check me out because my car was done. If I didn’t do that I would have been waiting around for Andy to get back from lunch. And another thing, every time I go for service there is a salesman out by the checkin area trying to pressure you into a new car! Come on guys, you can do much better!! More
