Great follow up and realistic expectations given the nature of staffing issues. Today I have been on hold to the point of voicemail 3 times. Eli, my current service advisor sent a text this morning on instructions on how to reach him. I responded to the text explaining that my service advisor is Greg and the person I spoke with yesterday informed me that Greg would handle my issue today. Well needless to say, Greg is not in today so I have Eli. This man has given me the run around and is no longer responding to text messages. I finally got thru to him about 10 minutes ago only for him to tell me that he and the tech get off at 5 and "hopefully" my vehicle will be ready by 7pm. Earlier in the a text he told me that we may need a loaner because he has to complete a claim for the parts. Now Eli just told me that he will not be getting me a loaner because "he" is already paying for the rotors job and he won't be paying for a rental. What kind of service is that? Now I am stuck in limbo not knowing what to do. He brushed me off basically telling me when I get there, me and the closer person will have to figure out what to do. This is awful service. Not sure how I will get to work tmrw, not sure if they will provide me with anything for transportation. I have asked to speak with the manager Paul, but of course, that went to voicemail. I am so frustrated with this entire experience. Purchased the vehicle in late April and have been back for service 4 times because they are brushing off the issue instead of fixing it. More

Terrible experience - part cost $350 from you so I checked online and bought for $90 and installed myself - took me 10 minutes. I had to initiate all the phone calls to get my truck back. Why do dealerships screw you when it comes to servicing the vehicle? Be transparent, show customers what the parts cost plus installation versus online and let them make a decision. Not calling customers is BAD. Not showing dealer parts costs versus online costs is BAD. This just pisses off customers like me. Don’t try and f?$k people. Pretend they’re your Aunt/Grandma. More
