Second time O have and incident and nothing is done. I went for a oil change and alignment I had Appoinment I took my Journey and left to do errands. Later that day I received a text Message that my tru I went for a oil change and alignment I had Appoinment I took my Journey and left to do errands. Later that day I received a text Message that my truck was ready to pick up. When I go to pick up I already paid online to make it faster and easier. I get soy paper they go get my Journey I see the guy take my keys. And I took almost an hour to bring it back I went to ask what happened Marcus said the guy was stuck with one car in front of me. And people came to pick up after me and got out in a few minutes. I had to wait an hour and when they come with my Journey I check the fluids and they did not fill them up. They did not check them up. Very disappointed last time I came for an oil change same thing happened and I said things can happen one day maybe they where busy but two times on a row no fluids checked and they where below the low mark so they did needed to be filled is not me being picky. I’m a honest person I just want what I paid for no more no less. I had to tell Marcus and got a guy come fill coolant that was under the line of low level and I had to tell him to fill also power steering that was low and they did not check. Whippers where also empty but that I can do I did not even mention also they did not saw or filled properly. Very disappointed with the service and not coming back for oil change here that for sure. I hope alignment is ok I have to test it. I only got a sorry they guy was stuck with the car after waiting an hour an was supposed to be ready before I got to the dealership to pick up Dodge Journey. More

They lost my key and it took about a month to have the new one. If I didn't keep asking,maybe will took even longer time.
