I was told mu warranty work would take 4 to 5 days which ended up taking almost 3 weeks. I expressed my concern to the service manager on Friday the 13th at which time he told me he or the service represen ended up taking almost 3 weeks. I expressed my concern to the service manager on Friday the 13th at which time he told me he or the service representative would call me with an update on the following Monday which I did not receive. In addition I was going to have the 40,000 service done but told the service rep to call me prior to it being done which I was not contacted nor was the rear differential fluid changed which is part of the 40,000 mile service… Also the tire rotation portion of the service was not done properly.as the spare tire was not incorporated into the rotation.
