I made an appointment for an oil change and I asked Stacy or kacy how long it was going to take because I have a doctors appointment at 11am. She told me that it takes an hour and 30 minutes maximum so I I w or kacy how long it was going to take because I have a doctors appointment at 11am. She told me that it takes an hour and 30 minutes maximum so I I went ahead and made the appointment at 8:30 in the morning I got there at 8:20 they took my car in and it was 11 o’clock and they still working on my car. Went I got there I received a message from my service advisor Keith sayin that I can contact him if I have any questions I texted him multiple times during that time and he never answered until I got in touch with a manager. Long story short it took them 2 and a half hours to complete and oil change and when I asked for the status of the car no one helped me until I demanded my car back. It cost me to miss my doctors appointment and $45. More
