Excellent experience at central florida CDJR our sales person was Mieshia. 10/10 experience. She went straight to the point when we asked questions, zero run around. Very knowledgeable. I can tell they wanted my business. Henson and Mieshia weren't just throwing numbers, and seeing which landed, they both paid attention to my requests. I literally walked out with a price I decided long before ariving at the dealership. Both are determined to make a deal. Henson came out and talked to me before the deal was made and literally asked me where i wanted my payments to be and I walked out with a brand new 2026 Ram 1500. We have experienced on several occasions from the service department of them not performing the job they checked off on their inspection reports. Missing parts, loose lug nuts, corroded battery, noises from department of them not performing the job they checked off on their inspection reports. They need to evaluate there technicians performance better. More

The service from Adil was very good — he is knowledgeable about cars and their features. The only reason this wasn’t a 5-star experience is the payment process, which is tedious and inconvenient. Once you make a transfer, you have to wait for it to be confirmed, but the finance staff leaves earlier than the sales department. There’s no way to reach them directly — I was told they don’t have a phone line and only communicate by email. I made the transfer the same day I visited the dealer, expecting to drive home in my Jeep Wrangler that day, but I couldn’t because the payment was never confirmed, so I had to return the next day. The check verification process was also unusual. The finance representative who assisted me wasn’t very familiar with it and had me speak to someone over the phone who verifies checks for them. That person confirmed everything was fine, but explained the dealer still needed to complete another step to obtain the approval code. Other than the payment and finance process, the overall experience was good. More
