Después de haber dado US $ 9,000 para el arrendamiento de un Jeep Cherokee 2021 , nos llevamos la desagradable sorpresa de que el vehículo tenía varios problemas incluyendo uno grave que es que acumula agua un Jeep Cherokee 2021 , nos llevamos la desagradable sorpresa de que el vehículo tenía varios problemas incluyendo uno grave que es que acumula agua en la puerta del conductor, intentamos varias veces hacer cita para reportar estos problemas pero siempre nos la posponían, cuando por fin logramos llevar el vehículo ,no recibimos la ayuda esperada alegando ellos que este cúmulo de agua es normal, cuando se le dijo que esto podia podrir el vehículo y dañar piezas eléctricas , ellos dijeron que nosotros tenemos un seguro que cubre esos daños , respuesta que consideramos un abuso puesto que nosotros no nos metimos en un vehículo del 2021 para tener este tipo de problemas. Por otro lado nos dijeron que si el vehículo tiene un problema de diseño es a la casa que los fabrica que debíamos dirigirnos , respuesta que consideramos una contradicción porque por un lado nos dicen que esto es normal y por otro nos dicen que si es un problema de fábrica que lo llevemos al fabricante. Cuando propusimos cambiar el vehículo por otro ,el manager dijo que ya habían pasado más de dos semanas y ya no se podía, cosa que sucedió por negligencia de ellos ya que como dije anteriormente teníamos mucho tiempo tratando de llevar el vehículo Vamos a investigar si este problema es normal, si no es así , tendremos que proceder legalmente. After trading in my wife's Durango on Thursday, I went back and traded in my Charger on Saturday. The dealership worked with me to get me a fair price for my trade.
