Professional, courteous and honest. Dealership was clean and a great experience overall. Nick was patient and provided everything I needed. There was one BIG item that otherwise spoilt a perfect experience and a great experience overall. Nick was patient and provided everything I needed. There was one BIG item that otherwise spoilt a perfect experience and that was the mandatory Advantage Program for $2,999 - an absolute scam to add ‘value’ and generate profit. Take that option which if it was an option, no one would opt for, away and you all have a winning dealership. Please don’t hold this against Nick or Erica, but this is the corporate company looking at how to get more from the consumer again. More
