They charge me 51k for a car that was 43k , almost 8k just in taxes? I didn’t choose any extended warranty or gap insurance , I trade my truck in they “pay top dollar” but in reality what they do it’s in just in taxes? Buyer beware - this dealer claims to do a thorough inspection of used cars, but doesn’t at all. The dealer fee is supposed to cover that, right? You should have a reasonable expectation of getting at inspection of used cars, but doesn’t at all. The dealer fee is supposed to cover that, right? You should have a reasonable expectation of getting at least a safe car from a dealer. The car I bought with supposedly “new” tires has plugs in the tire indicating they’ve been repaired and aren’t new, had an illegal blue fog light, daytime driving lights that have a wiring issue of some kind and a $3,000 ACC sensor that is bad. The fluid levels were all at minimum levels like they think power steering and coolant are made of gold. That’s not even mentioning the ridiculous practice of tacking on $1,000 fee for NOT financing and the $3,000 fee for services I told them I didn’t want and wouldn’t use. So on top of the negotiated cost, I was forced to pay $1,000 dealer fee for a car they didn’t check out, $1,000 fee for paying cash and $3,000 for a package for which I didn’t even receive the “car care package” that I was charged for, More
