Gave my phone number and address when we arrived, when signing paperwork they had the incorrect info. Never heard back from dealer/salesperson except for an email two days later that I responded too and never received a reply. Some reason my son's address and phone number was still in "the" system when I corrected it at Dodge Chrysler Jeep RAM of Winter Haven to have the steering issue we were having looked at and repaired under warranty. My son told whoever was calling him that it was the wrong number and gave them my number, still no call and continued to call him. Tried calling salesperson numerous time but calls went straight to voicemail. Dealer installed lift but speedometer was never calibrated for the 35" tires and is $120+ to get it done? Also told it was a 3" lift when its actually a 2" lift. Tried adding in some Family Advantage plan even after numerous times saying we were not interested and didn't want. Salesperson said it was already part of the deal and included on the vehicle. If so then the windshield would have the VIN etching (worthless), no Door Edge & Cup Guards, etc... Took the top off for the first time since purchase on 4/10 and the top wasn't even tightened down, bolts loose (1/4" out) and most could be removed with out tool. We should have checked under the top then because huge scratches under hard top on body. Disappointing to pay $45+K for a vehicle with as many scratches, dings and holes as we later found. Still no call or response to fixing the front bumper as asked when we purchased, just numerous texts to my actual number asking for a review (one text 4 days after purchase). Very disappointed in buying experience and after purchase follow-up. Do not recommend dealer. Go to Dodge Chrysler Jeep RAM of Winter Haven! Only up part of purchase was Henson Montas getting us a great rate with our bank. All digital paperwork signing was pretty nice as well. Salesperson isn't even listed below. More
