Service was ok.. This time my car needed a replacement alternator, battery and while it was there an oil change. Got the car back, the oil change notification was still there and the milage sticker to get alternator, battery and while it was there an oil change. Ridney did fix the notification and sticker thing when I came back 2 days later, but now my spark plugs need to change and I just spent $1k on service! Ill just change them myself. Ive only had this car 13 mobths and already spent half the cost of the car on repairs. My experience so far has been no different than getting a car from a side of the road dealership or private sale, which I was trying to avoid the problems im having now by selecting a major dealership in the first place. Everytime im in for service for this car sales dept is asking for repeat business. If the car is giving me so much grief, why would I give you more of my hard earned money? Smh More

Jonathan was great! Can't say I was happy with Henson in financing...constant lying! Said there were no incentives for my truck when it was Dodge month with $6085 off 2500 Big Horns. Says it came with all of this but my truck doesn't have it and still 3 months later it doesn't. Spoke to the sales manager and he laughed at me and stated that I clearly have never bought a vehicle befor. How horribly rude! I will never buy from there again or a Dodge for that matter! More

Buyer please to aware at this dealer if you are young and a women that does not know a whole lot about buying a car. And even if you do just be aware, they are very shady and try and trick you into deals tha a women that does not know a whole lot about buying a car. My daughter is 18 and purchasing her first car we came in with a preapproval letter and wanted to go with them. They lied and said they helped us get the deal with the company we was already preapproved with and put it with another lender then made us assure that was the best deal. Then lied to us and had us sign the contract and put my daughter as a cosigner and she wanted to be the owner. Never trust a car dealer always have your guard up and ready they are big scammers. They do not want to accommodate you to get the situation taken care of and just blowing us off at this point. Please be careful with these people. More
