My experience at the dealership was good at the beginning our sales person was very nice and informative. We knew what we needed because I had done my research. Then A month later found out that my vin number was incorrect in the contract, registration and insurance. I need up going back to the dealer to resign and register the car. More

I was not too impressed with the service this time around. I pulled up nobody came outside I walked into one of the service offices. And when I said I had a 930 appointment the gentleman at the desk cell phone and said I’m not in that department anymore. So the other one said so ahead and have a seat and I will tell him you’re here when he gets off the phone. So I went and sat back in the waiting area. 30 minutes went by and he never even came to say anything. from that point salesman. And was never approach bye a service advisor. Had a 10:30 appointment and at 12:15 my car had nothing started to be serviced. The service is unforgivable tardy. Service must be improved.
