This was the worst experience ever. The Jeep sat under a tree for 8 days. No return calls or contact from the service advisor. My husband contacted John administration I think , he contacted Craig who got t tree for 8 days. No return calls or contact from the service advisor. Jeep was filthy upon pick up n no gas yes empty with flashing warning lights regarding gas.it cost me 25$ deluxe to get the Jeep clean. More

I was very impressed with the facility. It had a spacious waiting area and a cafe. Which was great for anyone waiting over an hour for a quick snack. Angel helped me with servicing my car.
