When I arrived to the dealership I already had both the stock# & VIN# of the vehicle I knew would soon be mine. Since I didn't have an appointment the receptionist paired me with Mr. Aven Harrell. This is my first time here and I must say.. the customer service here is spectacular! Such a breath of fresh air from the other Jeep Wrangler in colonial drive. The people at that location were super rude and not welcoming at all. I made it to this location and was greeted by everyone I made contact with. I was helped by this amazing gentleman Marcous! He was so sweet, so nice, so understanding. Literally an overall angel on this earth. He helped me and explained certain things on my vehicle. He got me taken care of right away and it was such a smooth interaction. This is such a great experience and I can’t wait to make this my go to service center for my car. Had some friends of mine drive 2 hours to look at a truck that I had been talking to one of the sales guys about and they got there and talked to the salesman nick. He was exactly what you don’t want to deal that I had been talking to one of the sales guys about and they got there and talked to the salesman nick. He was exactly what you don’t want to deal with, he tried to make the most off you so that he could get a better commission l. Really disappointed in the help and it really made me upset that I sent my friends two hours so that they could be treated badly. If your looking for a good deal don’t go here but if you already know that your going to be purchasing the car or truck at a certain price then just go for that reason because customer service is not their specialty.
