I was deceived and pressured into a buy for a truck that has no working AC. I even said repeatedly that this was a purchase that made 0 financial sense. Not to mention MY CREDIT WAS HIT 11 TIMES!!! HORRIBLE. In addition, I overpaid for a "new" truck that was a year old. I was also told my first payment would be be in 60-90 days; wrong 10 Sep. I will be filling an official report/complaint with BBB and taking legal action once I recover from the initial financial blow. More

Good job detailing my Jeep. However, the wait and service time was excessive. It took 4 hours to change the oil and vacuum. There is also oil leaking from my vehicle so I had to tighten a bolt. My boyfriend bought a car from this dealer about a year ago so of course this was my first stop (I also really wanted a Jeep!) My sales rep jerry, was absolutely wonderful! He worked as hard as he could to ago so of course this was my first stop (I also really wanted a Jeep!) My sales rep jerry, was absolutely wonderful! He worked as hard as he could to get me into the car I wanted. The manager Don, was a bit rude when I explained my ideal price point. He stated “most people say they can only pay x amount, but they’re normally lying” well that may be true for most instances I found it rather aggressive and made me almost want to walk out right then and there. The only reason I didn’t give it five stars was for that interaction. More
