Communication was very poor, I had to call multiple times just to get an update. My advisor was really no help at all. Everytime I called they stated he was in the shop. Dropped my car off on a tuesday night just to get an update. My advisor was really no help at all. Everytime I called they stated he was in the shop. Dropped my car off on a tuesday night with an appointment at 730am. Never received any update.. And the diagnosis took apparently 2 days for a ignition coil pack. Even picking up my car was terrible. I had a previous issue with this dealer when I purchased my car. And I feel the way I was treated when servicing my car reflected on that that situation. More

Appt process was poor. Initial call i was told 2 different times, then told i would get an email and text confirmation. I never received either, and had to call back a couple days later to confirm. Also i told both people i spoke with about the service recall i received. The first person seemed clueless, the second person more competent. Once i got to the dealership Arisa Melendez took excellent care of me. The biggest problem i have is that i told both people on the phone when setting the appt that i had a recall to take care of. This should also be tied to my VIN, so when i call it should be very clear and understandable. When i gave my recall paperwork to Arisa she said that the tech would look at the issue, and determine if the recall needed to be taken care of. Of course after the oil change was done, it was determined that the parts/s needed to be replaced but the parts needed to be ordered and it would take a week. You have got to be kidding me! You didnt have anything in stock? Why would they not have told me over the phone that the issue would need to be checked first? It’s a 40+ mile round trip. i can’t believe you don’t have a few of the parts in stock on a recall. At the very least it should had been ordered when I called to schedule. I think it’s ridiculous that I have to waste my time and money shuttling my vehicle back and forth. More
