I like last time made an appointment to drop my car off and was ignored for an extended period of time. Never even meeting my service advisor. The same exact thing happened when I returned to pick up my ve and was ignored for an extended period of time. Never even meeting my service advisor. The same exact thing happened when I returned to pick up my vehicle. Also my car feels like the tires were simply rotated and not balanced. Part of the advantage package I was required to pay $3000 for was to include car washing and that was not done either. Every time I come there I spend more time with people harassing me to sell my car than with those who actually want to help me maintain it. More

Traveling from out of town on vacation Gio from Central Florida Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram went above and beyond getting my My jeep fixed and back on the road . Upon arriving to the dealership and saw the volume of people in line to get their cars fixed, I thought no way I would ever get my jeep fixed in Time or even get an appointment. I’m From Southern California, where the Wait time at my dealership is three months just to see your vehicle Gio Assured me that my car would be fixed and ready for me the following day, and he 100% came came through. Following morning I received a phone call jeep was ready and they even found something else that wasn’t even what I brought the vehicle in for. Definitely a five star review for Gio and his service crew. If it wasn’t for the fact that the dealership is 3000 miles away from me, I’d bring my vehicle every single time to Central Florida Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram. Again, hats off to Gio and the rest of his service crew. More

The service dept and the sales dept were absolutely horrible. We came in to purchase a used Charger for my son. The online price was $25,600. The manager assured us he would take care of us and brought horrible. We came in to purchase a used Charger for my son. The online price was $25,600. The manager assured us he would take care of us and brought us a final/lowest price of $33,473. That was the price we paid for his Charger we bought brand new last year. No way were we paying that much for a used vehicle. They offered up a Kia in its place as a way to get a lower price point. Seriously? the $7000 in dealer fees was insane! I will never but a vehicle there or refer anyone there. Since we were there we dropped my Gladiator off for an oil change. There were no vehicles in the bay but we were still told it wold be 1 - 1 1/2 hours for an OIL CHANGE. Really? We were there and going to be looking at a car so we said fine. 2 hours later they had not even started the oil change on my Gladiator so we took it without service and left. We will never have any service on any vehicle done there. The entire experience was frustrating and completely unacceptable. More
