I couldn't have asked for a better Service Manager when I brought my truck in for repair. He was very concerned and kept me informed on the repair progress. The Hertz Car Rental is in the Service/New Car area of Tropical Ford in a 10' x 10' room. Although masked, there were 5-6 people at all times in the room and the Hertz staff were very slow and disorganized about getting rental cars. Why do you refer people to the Ford Dealership New Car Showroom? Please use another rental car agency. Hertz is bad for your business. More
