The one disappointment I had is that after I drove off the lot, I discovered the automatic rear sun shade was not working properly. When I asked CBB about it, I was told that it was a “cosmetic” issue and thus, they would not fix it. I’m sure had I discovered the issue during the purchase process, CBB would have happily offered to repair it in order to secure the deal. Since I discovered after I drove off the lot, CBB had the leverage. I would expect that “Certified” means they would have found and corrected this problem. Still waiting for CBB to make it right. More

A very positive car buying experience! I worked with Chris Beaman for the purchase of a 2016 Acura RDX that I came across on CarGurus. I live in Missouri and have purchased cars from out of state before so know what to look out for when dealing with a long distance car purchase. But no matter how experienced one is, there is always a level of trepidation when buying a used car, sight unseen. Chris put this anxiety to rest thru his friendly approach and willingness to go above and beyond. He FaceTimed me from the dealership and showed me the car in great detail when I first called him. He drove it around while keeping his iPad mounted on the dash and answered every question I had. He was also available thru phone and text to clarify anything I had from the time I initially made contact up until after the car was delivered. There was a minor issue with the shipping company (delay in delivery) but it wasn't the dealership's fault and they tried their best to resolve it for which I am grateful. I would readily recommend Chris and the CBB dealership for purchasing luxury cars that are well maintained and in pristine shape. They are experienced with out of state purchases and make the overall process painless. I would not hesitate to buy from them again. More

Once he inspected, I spoke to Berrin briefly over the phone about the cars condition. Because I did not see the car for myself, I was cautious and skeptical to say the least! I felt Berrin was trustworthy and very accommodating. different "salesperson" profile I am used too. He made the process smooth and painless. We mostly communicated via text messages and I appreciated his responsiveness to my requests about the cars condition and inspection that they perform. There was one cosmetic piece that Berrin had replaced which frankly sealed the deal for me. I rarely leave reviews unless its worthy of a 5 star rating, and Berrin / Certified Benz and Beemer made the experience worthy of a review :). Thanks a lot guys. More
