Hopefully my experience was the "exception" and not the rule I was disappointed with my salesperson (Jim Beyer) who was asked to describe any imperfections with the car before it shipped. So, imagine my surprise to find a door ding and a blemish in the paint that he didn't feel was worth mentioning. They also advertised the car as having the cold weather pkg (heated seats & steering wheel). The car had neither option. Overall experience wasn't bad, just believe I got an overzealoused salesman that didn't pay attention to detail. More

I knew my budget, how much I was willing to pay for the vehicle I was looking at, and how much my trade is was valued. These guys were accurate on all aspects of selling a car, they made the purchase very easy and streamlined. They weren't overly aggressive and valued me as a potential customer through the entire process, which took over a week and a half because of my personal procrastination. Excellent work to all who assisted me in my car purchase, I am now a happy owner of a new vehicle... it's a used benz - but it looks brand new! PS. I'll enjoy my 'cream puff' guys! More

This purchase had me in and out within around 2 hours including looking at several cars and taking a test drive. More

Here at CBB you do not have to really worry about what you are signing at the very moment because most of the paperwork has the luxury of look back periods. For example: - I purchased the extended warranty at first and was kind of on the fence. After reading the paperwork before signing I realized I have 60 days to think about it to cancel for a full refund. (This amount is deducted from the principal, not lower monthly payments if financed, your time horizon just shortens). I decided to cancel it after 2 days and they were not pushy about me keeping it, it was a very simple transaction and conversation. - All cars come with a 10 day return guarantee if you don't like the one you currently have. So again do not feel overwhelmed when they are throwing stacks of papers at you. All you need to really pay attention to is the financing part. Obviously you want low payments, but if you have a high APR then that $10,000 can turn into costing you $4,000 in interest if spread over a longer time. Remember, the longer you spread your payments the more you pay in interest. - I believe I got a great value on the car. The KBB was $28,750 and I paid $27,000. These prices are out the door prices, there is no wiggle room and no need to negotiate. - Everything was explained very well and professionally. I am a very young person who also looks very young too. Everyone at the dealership treated me very professionally and maturely which can sometimes not be the case at other places. I was taken very seriously the whole time which I really appreciated. - Overall I will make every purchase of a certified used car with CBB and recommend my friends and family. I have no complaints what so ever! More
