I knew what I was looking for and felt so bad that I was specific when I told him. The first car I had gone in to see was sold the day before, but he was SO patient as he walked around with me while I looked at other options and none were catching my eye. A few days later I got a message from him with exactly what I was looking for. It was amazing! Everything from color to mileage to interior. It was perfect. Then when it was time to do all the paperwork, it was clear, organized, and appropriately timed with Chris. Didn't feel hurried, but I wasn't sitting around for hours. I'm so so lucky I came across CBB. I'm very happy with my new BMW! More

Best Dealership I've ever been too Hands down the best dealership to buy from! They have plenty to choose from, and they just so happen to have the exact truck I was looking for. No pressure, or "sales manager" shoving a car down your throat, trying to make you "buy today because they'll never be able to give you this price again." Berrin was great, got me all the info I needed on the truck, easy to communicate with throughout my work schedule, and got me what I needed. CBB had a great truck at a great price up front and they were honest. The one thing I didn't like about the truck they took care of before I ever had to sign any paperwork and I got the call it was done a couple days later to come back and check it out.. Bought it that morning, financing was easy, Travis was great and had us in and out extremely quick until we started picking his brain for more hiking destination (We will be going to one this week). Overall a great car buying experience! More

Best Service Experience Ever!! We were given the name of this dealership and just stopped by today to inquire about service. We were warmly greeted by Michael Miller and he quickly We were given the name of this dealership and just stopped by today to inquire about service. We were warmly greeted by Michael Miller and he quickly discussed the service that we needed and told us that if we had a couple of hours that they could perform the service today. In a little over an hour, he let us know that our car was finished and gave us an update on battery status, etc. After some less than ideal experiences at a Mercedes-Benz Dealership in the past, this was such a departure from the sometimes stressful, half day experience that usually happens when we would get our car serviced. Michael Miller is a true asset to your dealership and he knows and lives great customer service. Renee Markovich More
