I made an appointment with Mike the week prior he worked around my hectic schedule and got me in and had a loaner read Another perfect service visit. I made an appointment with Mike the week prior he worked around my hectic schedule and got me in and had a loaner ready for me so I was in and out within 10mins of drop off. He kept me up to date and even showed me the broken part on my wheel that needed to be replaced and what the hiccup was that I had keys to my wheels and walked me through the process and gave me complete trust my vehicle was being fixed right. When I picked up my vehicle the mechanic Steve actually came out and spoke to me about what was serviced and the one thing that was not under warranty and how I could save money to fix the issue (it was an electronic issue in my after market stereo that needed a replacement fan) and my best options and if I wanted him to fix it to come back and he would take care of it. Steve made me very happy and I left feeling very relieved my car was looked after so in detail. More
