Plus future service of oil & filter service, tire rotation and the list goes on. When I originally purchased the car, they made a mistake on the purchase price, but when I called they immediately told me to come back in a re-sign. No haggling or arguments. That did surprise me, since it is hard to fine a dealership with that type of integrity. I will purchase another car from them in the future. More

Easy breezy hassle free purchase! I first contact the sales department at CBB through the internet. Chris "CJ" Jones responded to my inquiry right away. He answered all my question and even send me short videos of the car I wanted to buy because I live 1,200 miles away from the dealership. CJ made me feel so comfortable that I jumped on a plane the next day and went to pick up my awesome car I had been looking for a long time. He made the whole process hustle free by having everything ready by the time I arrived at the dealership from New Orleans. Within an hr I had signed all the papers and was on the road to drive off back home. CJ has been the nicest, most transparent and best car salesman I've dealt with. He's also very friendly and personable. I'd buy another car from him with my eyes closed. Thank you CJ. More

After a long online search my manager found CBB online and told me had had found my dream car at the right price.. I immediately contacted CBB and got the opportunity to me Mr Berrin Bigott.. He was awesome in helping me out find my perfect car and make a decision. I live in another state and had to drive 6 hrs. Upon arrival i was so nervous and wouldn't even drink water... Berrin made me feel so comfortable and the process so easy in making sure i had picked out the right car. I will never regret the decision i made to purchase the car. Once i was sure i had the right car with berrin's help and had the pleasure of meeting Travis Walters with the financial department. Being my first car purchase for financing, i didn't know what to expect, didn't know my right from wrong. He guided me well and provided me the best advice in terms of purchasing my Mercedes. I love my new car and i can't get my hands of it. Will drive miles to visit friends for no reason. I don't regret the total 12 h drive going to this dealership. they are the best and will recommend to anyone. Will definitely buy from them again More
