Obviously, they focus on higher end vehicles (there were several RRs there at the time), so the margin and commission on this vehicle was one of their lowest. Yet Mr. Beaman gave complete, friendly and courteous service, explaining the pros/cons of this vehicle vs. another similar vehicle, with zero pressure. It was a pleasure to deal w/ him. Reasons rating isn't 5 stars: Tire pressure warning light was not reset and (more importantly) the oil drain plug had not been properly installed or was defective, so there was an oil leak on my driveway the next AM. Both problems, however, were promptly and courteously fixed. More
