Great experience! Best car buying experience ever. Worked with Chris Beaman in purchasing a Mercedes E350 coupe. I HATE going into car dealerships but CBB and Chris made this experience enjoyable. NO P Worked with Chris Beaman in purchasing a Mercedes E350 coupe. I HATE going into car dealerships but CBB and Chris made this experience enjoyable. NO PRESSURE at all. Chris did not accompany me on my test drive and when I said I wanted to bring my wife to see the car offered to allow me to take the car home overnight so she could see and drive it. The deal was completely transparent - no surprises (a little pressure from the finance department to purchase an extended warranty but that was not from Chris). I drove the E350 to Sedona and determined it was not the right car for me so I contacted CBB regarding an exchange. Chris was not in so Danny Quintana told me to bring the E350 back and in approximately 1 hour I exchanged it for a 2013 Lexus E350 - NO QUESTIONS ASKED. Danny was extraordinarily helpful. I would not consider buying a car elsewhere in the future and would highly recommend Chris, Danny and CBB. Thank you Chris, Danny and CBB! More

I exchanged my first purchase after driving it for a couple days for something more comfortable with NO QUESTIONS ASKED. I would highly recommend Chris Beaman who handled my original purchase and Danny Quintana who handled the exchange (in less than 1 hour) and CBB. Only negative was a little too much pressure from the finance department to purchase an extended warranty after I clearly said I wasn't interested - but not too big an issue. More

Spoke with Andy Manahl took a test drive and then decided to buy it. The process was so quick and easy. It did take me a little bit to get over the fact that there is no haggling over the price. But it was a fair price so I went forward with purchasing the truck. There was a small problem with getting the hood open but Brian in service had it taken care of in minutes. The gentleman in finance was great as well. Not pushy in any way which I really appreciate. Everyone I have dealt with has been so helpful and friendly. More
