A month after my purchase I call Jaime. Explained to him I had a nail in my tire unservicable. He went to management and service between the three of them I ended up with 1200 dollars worth of tires they had no obligation. Ask yourself this how many companies step up and take care of the customer like this. Would I buy a car from Jaime and the dealership. Absolutely. Would I send my mother to buy a car there. Yes Do I have any complaints. None amazing company. More

Great customer service from Bobby Ortega Short version.. Bobby Ortega is one of the good guys. He listened to my thoughts and expectations, never rushed me. I felt I was in control of the process and there was never any pressure. Bobby really does seem to be genuinely wanting to make you a long term customer and does seem to go above and beyond what most sales professionals would do. Longer version.. I had seen the vehicle I wanted, researched it and knew what to expect. So it was more a sort the price out and take it for a test drive deal. Normally dealers want you to take the car out for a drive so that you want it more and have invested time and want to get the deal done. I asked Bobby to run the numbers first and if it made sense we'd go for the test drive. Bobby sorted everything out fast and we went for the drive. On closing the deal Bobby made sure that I understood everything and helped work through a misunderstanding. I had a situation where I needed help getting the vehicle home, Bobby stepped up again and got the situation sorted out. I've never liked going to buy cars and hence try to buy cars that are reliable and then keep them till the tires fall off. But bottom line is when I need another vehicle, I'll be going to talk to Bobby Ortega. More

I soon discovered that there was a mechanical issue that wasn't covered by the Manufacturer's warranty, and which I had to pay to have fixed. I sent the invoice to Certified B&B and they promptly sent me a check with an apology for overlooking the defect in the first place. Now that's customer service you don't see every day, particularly from used car dealers. Easy to deal with even from 200 miles away with great customer service; what more can you ask for?
