He quickly checked out my trade in and reviewed the attributes of the model S and CBB. After a few days, I chose another S based soley on feature content. When I called Jeff back to advise my decision, he could not have been more polite. They were so pleasant that I called two days later and asked if they would still take my trade in at the previously agreed price. Of course and I had a check in hand 20 minutes after I drove it in! A month after my purchase I call Jaime. Explained to him I had a nail in my tire unservicable. He went to management and service between the three of them I ended up with 1200 dollars worth of tires they had no obligation. Ask yourself this how many companies step up and take care of the customer like this. Would I buy a car from Jaime and the dealership. Absolutely. Would I send my mother to buy a car there. Yes Do I have any complaints. None amazing company. More
