The purchasing process was simple and straightforward because the car was priced at the fair market value listed on the Edmonds and Kelly Bluebook websites. Furthermore, they offered the fair market trade-in value for my trade. The finance process was smooth and streamlined. At no point did the finance department try to up-sell me on things I was not interest in. Recently I took the car in for some warrantee service and discovered the service department was just as pleasant to deal with as the rest of the staff. Bryan, my service advisor, documented the work I needed and made sure everything was completed to my satisfaction. The car was returned to me in immaculate condition.
