Best experience buying a car! I was in a time crunch to purchase a new car and knew that CBB was the place to go! He was patient and quick to respond to all of our questions. He made the process effortless and went out of his way to work with our schedule. There was no detail left uncovered. By the time we got back, all that was left to do was sign some papers and pick up the keys! The whole process from start to finish was easy and fun! I had my eye on this car but it was being detailed when I was at the dealer. Chris called me the second it was back at the dealer and I think I ended up buying it that night. The first hiccup was that it took 3 hours to close the deal. It was at the end of the night and there just happened to be 2 other people buying cars right before me. Not really the fault of anyone, just made for a long evening. The second thing that bothered me is that the car came with bunch of dealer addons that could not be removed and it added about $1000 to the final price. I have never been a fan of dealer addons and would have opted out of all of them if I could. The final thing is that the computer was telling me the car needed service. This wasn't something I saw when I test drove but noticed once I went into the system info section of the computer. They told me they are going to take care of it but I haven't had my service for it yet. I am reviewing this with the understanding that they will stick to their word. The car looks brand new. No scratches, dents, dimples, rims are perfect. The family loves the car and the kids especially love driving with the top down. I am looking forward to it cooling down a bit so I can drive the car with the top down. More
