Amazing car buying experience I recently purchased a vehicle from Certified Benz and Beemer. I called the evening before to set up a time for my mechanic to check out a vehicle l I recently purchased a vehicle from Certified Benz and Beemer. I called the evening before to set up a time for my mechanic to check out a vehicle listed on their website. Alex answered the phone and was very friendly and I easily set up the appointment. The next morning I found that after a few minutes I was on my way. My mechanic commented that letting me bring the vehicle to him with no hassle is a good sign that they are a reputable and trustworthy dealer. I had my mechanic do a pre-purchase inspection (it cost me $70, I highly recommend doing this on any used car purchase) and the car was in excellent shape. After returning to the dealership, Alex greeted me and we calculated the final price. Prior to leaving for the mechanic he warned me that they are a no haggle dealership and that the final price would naturally go up (tax, title, license fees, doc fees, etc.). They were fair on the price and I had already done all the research online on the fees (again I would recommend you figure out the tax, title, license fees and doc fees before you go in). If there is one thing I would like to impart to those in search for a used car, it is that you do your research before ever stepping foot on any lot. The key to making this experience the best was knowing the car I wanted, knowing the fees before I arrived and most of all doing the research on the vehicle you plan on buying. Look for any complaints online for the make, model and year of that car so that you know what you might be facing in the future as far as repairs or possible issues. I ruled out many cars before I set my sights on the one that Certified Benz and Beemer had. Bottom line: There were no surprises, no pressure and they made sure to make me as comfortable as possible. The vehicle they had was in excellent shape. For a used car dealership they don’t act like one; they are very professional and I would highly recommend Alex and Rocio and Certified Benz and Beemer. Unfortunately parts aren't always easy to come by for my 2008 Land Rover so it took a while for my car to be returned, but she arranged for a loaner vehicle right away and let me know whenever the timing changed. Her level of service has changed my mind about bringing my car into B&B when needed. More
