Sales was poor, service maintenance was fantastic I worked with 4 people there. Andy - worst salesman ever! Bryan in service - best guy ever! Rocio - very quick with her responses to me with financ I worked with 4 people there. Andy - worst salesman ever! Bryan in service - best guy ever! But he sure was friendly as xxxx to the guy that came in behind me. Bryan in service. was the best part of the experience and he is the ONLY reason that I would recommend the dealership. When Andy dismissed me, Bryan 100% stepped up and handled the matter. He called me back when I had questions. He was straight forward with me. Did whatever it took to make the customer happy and had a great attitude about it. Simply cant say enough about this guy. Andy needs an attitude adjustment. Would never recommend him. I came back later in the day to purchase and Jamie was wrapping up another sale. So they had Jim take care of me. All I can say is both guys were awesome and helpful. Certified Benz and Beemer - What a great experience! I went there after seeing and Audi online and since they are close by, decided to go in and look at it.
