THIS WAS GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Below is the review that I wrote for this dealership last week. Since then I have been contacted by Trevor from Sales and he has not only apologized Below is the review that I wrote for this dealership last week. Since then I have been contacted by Trevor from Sales and he has not only apologized for the treatment that I received, but has also, COMPLETELY PAID for my repairs to my vehicle which were done at another dealership. The repairs were a significant dollar amount. Trevor, and those that are above him have renewed my faith in this dealership and stepped up and did the right thing. It is highly appreciated and I will definitely recommend them to all of my friends. Thank you Trevor...and my salesman Alex was also outstanding. This is the exact complaint that I filed with the BBB about this business. On 24 Aug, 2014, I purchased a 2008 Hummer H3 vehicle from this dealership. I was told upon purchasing my vehicle that there was a 3000 mile warranty with the vehicle. No matter what was wrong "just bring it back and we will take care of it for you at no cost." And, I was also told I would get a loaner vehicle anytime my truck was in the shop. Well, there was two things wrong with it when I bought it...the glove box was broken and the Tire Pressure Monitoring System was not working properly. So, I brought the vehicle back to fix those two things and they could not figure out what was wrong with the TPMS...they did provide me a loaner car.....however, I told the service guy Maurice that I had just had knee surgery and I needed something other than just a car but was told they had nothing else. Well, I needed to get to work so I accepted the vehicle I was given....a BMW sedan. I had that vehicle for about 3 days. This was the first week I owned the vehicle and I was not in it for 3 days! Well, they finally got the TPMS system figured out so I got my car back after two trips to the dealership. I live approx 45 miles from there so they were not short trips. Well, in the interim of it not being fixed, I had spoken to the general sales manager, Trevor, who had sent me an email saying that if I had any issues I should contact him. So, I did and left numerous messages and never got a call back. So, I went down to the dealership and personally saw him. I explained the situation to him about the loaner and he said he would note my complaint about it. Then about 2 weeks later, we had a very strong rain here in Phoenix, record setting rain. I left work and went out to my truck to come home from work and it would not start. So, I contacted my onstar service and then the dealership and once again was assigned to Maurice, who never returns a phone call.....I finally got the vehicle towed to the dealer and met with Maurice and was promptly told that he had no loaner cars available....so, my wife had to miss a school event for our son and drive 45 miles to get me so I could get home. I was livid, so again I called Trevor the next day and no call back....left him like 7 messages. Then I find out that my car has to be "shipped out" to a GMC dealership because the supposedly "#1 rated service dept and techs" cannot figure out why my vehicle would not start. So, it gets towed over the Chapman Chevrolet (Awesome service dept there), who figured it out in a day, but had to order a part for it so it was there for nearly 5 days before I got it back. I was told it was fixed. Still no calls from Trevor or Maurice. So, I worked directly with the Chapman guy and he billed Certified for the parts and labor....so they did pay for that repair. Soooo, the vehicle was fine for a couple weeks. Then it rained again this past Sunday. I was meeting my wife and son at a restaurant for dinner as I was on my way back from playing in a softball tournament. Well it started raining hard. We finished dinner and went out to our vehicles to go home. When I opened my door of my car there was a huge puddle of water in the drivers floor. My window were up and moon roof closed. I could not figure out what happened. I had told Maurice when I brought it to them the first time after it rained and wouldn't start that there was water in the car then as well, and he said they would find out where it was coming from and take care of it. Well obviously they did not because the vehicle would not start again so I had to leave it at the restaurant all night. The next day I got up and had my wife take me to my car to see if it had dried out and would start but it would not. So, I had to call onstar again and waited 45 minutes for a tow truck and had to take the day off work to deal with it. I am a professor so I had to cancel two classes that day and use a sick day. So, I have the vehicle towed to Chapman again, talked to my service advisor about it happening again and he said they would find out the issue. So, I called Trevor again, and tried to get above him but no one called me back. I left him several messages for them to please make this right and pay for my repairs since I had not even had the vehicle 2 full months yet. I never received a call from him or anyone else. So, later that afternoon, I got a call from Chapman telling me what the issue was. The weather stripping was rotted and the water got under the dash and shorted out the relay switch from the ignition to the starter. So, I asked him is that something that should have been spotted during the supposedly detailed inspection of each vehicle they take it to sell. So, today I paid a total of 638.89 for a repair on a vehicle that I have not even had a total of 2 months yet, when they have a 3000 mile warranty. Oh, and the best part....I purchased an extended warranty with the vehicle for 36000 miles or 3 years and they STILL WILL NOT RETURN MY CALL to handle this situation. Now, I am not writing this complaint for just any reason, because on Dealerrater.com I gave them two outstanding reviews from the time I bought the vehicle and then the second one for the service they gave me with the glove box and TPMS. TWO 5 STAR REVIEWS I gave them prior to this....but, like many businesses once they get you to sign on the dotted line and you are hooked they don't care what happens to you. More

A manager (Lee) offered to sell them to me at dealer cost but in my opinion (and many dealer's) a car should never leave a lot with bald tires, especially on the rear, as it is hazardous. I wouldn't have even test drove it in that condition if I had noticed it right away! The dealership claims they offer a "low-pressure" and "no-haggle" experienced based on the fact they sell "fair market value" priced cars, and I agree they're pretty fair prices, however they WILL low-ball you tremendously on your trade-in. When Jamie was unavailable, Rich was no help whatsoever and wasted over an hour of our weekend, until a manager (Peter, who was patient and knowledgeable) stepped in. Tracey in finance was nice, but I had to keep calling her to get an update on the financing process, and had to slip in the obligatory arbitration clause and its opportunity to give up your legal rights (more and more standard at every dealership) CAVEAT EMPTOR. Really the best parts of this mostly status-quo used car buying experience was, again, Jamie, our sales rep, and the car itself. Jamie actually WAS no-pressure, friendly, took his time showing us recommendations based on what we were looking for, and followed up with us afterward. For those reasons alone would I recommend this dealership, because it's *always* a pain buying any car, no matter how they make it sound. Although I have to admit it was a bit more pleasant than most. I have edited this review to soften it after I have found the staff to continue to work with me to ensure my satisfaction, even after I drove my car off the lot, so I would have to call this dealership above average in most regards. STAY AWAY PLEASE STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! NO STANDARD FOR QUALITY- NO CUSTOMER S PLEASE STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! NO STANDARD FOR QUALITY- NO CUSTOMER SERVICE - THIS DEALERSHIP SELLS CARS THEY KNOW HAVE PROBLEMS. This place is THE definition of a SLEAZY USED CAR DEALERSHIP. I sincerely hope this review will help anyone who is in the market for a new/used car decide to stay as far away from this dealership as possible and pick ANY OTHER option out there for buying their car. Background: Last month I decided to buy a bmw from this dealership. I had been in the market for a while and was shopping around at various dealerships throughout the valley. This dealer had the make/model/yea/mileage range I was looking for so I decided to come check out the car. JAMIE was my salesman. I came back twice before making my purchase and ultimately was having a hard time choosing between a bmw and Mercedes that were very similar (same miles/year/upgrades/price etc.) Jamie offered no input on the backgrounds of the car (besides offering the carfax). Ultimately I ended up choosing the bmw. THE VERY NEXT DAY after buying my car ALL FOUR low tire pressure lights went on in the dashboard. I went to the local shell and had to refill all the tires. I called Jayme and he said that before I had come in they had to refill the air on the tires so he had known there was a leak in the tires, didn't fix it and let me walk off the lot and buy a car with old leaking tires. He then told me it wouldn't be until the following week that they would have time to fix my tires. I came back the next week and Jamie brings my car back saying he fixed the alignment but that they couldn't find anything wrong with the tires. Three days later my low tire pressure light goes on AGAIN. I call TYSON (the mechanic who was supposed to fix my tires in the first place) and he tries to make up every excuse as to why the tires are leaking and why he didn't fix them in the first place. All he needed to do was apologize for screwing up and not fixing the tires but instead he blames it on everyone/everything else but himself. Clearly this place has ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. I bring it back for the second time and they say they found a nail and put a patch on the tire (not sure why Tyson missed this the first time). It has been one week since they "fixed" the tire with the nail and the low tire pressure light is on AGAIN). So now I am having to bring my car in for the THIRD time to see if they can finally figure out what is wrong with the tires. Now, I am by no means a car expert, but there is no excuse for a dealership not having any standards of quality. This dealership believes it is okay to sell cars they know have issues. No salesman or dealership should ever sell a car knowing the tires are all leaking air. I am now on my third maintenance trip to the dealership since I bought my car less than a month ago and STILL NOTHING HAS BEEN FIXED. The auto service people are partially to blame for the repeat visits back and forth... however, this car should never have been sold in this condition in the first place. Moral of the story, please stay as far away as you can from this place. The guys that work here are lazy, sleazy salesman only out for themselves. More

I had been saving up for years to buy a new car so it really meant a lot to find something that I loved. I had been shopping around, but hadn’t had any luck with other dealers. Nice and easy - like it should be I have to say that I don't think I've ever had an easier time selecting a vehicle. Andy and Trevor helped me identify what vehicles would fit the pr I have to say that I don't think I've ever had an easier time selecting a vehicle. Andy and Trevor helped me identify what vehicles would fit the profile and requests I had given them and they were extremely in helping me select the right vehicle that was well within my budget range. Their 10 day trade-in guarantee allowed me to select something else if I wasn't happy with my initial selection so that made it easy for me to move forward right away without worrying about getting stuck with something that wasn't right for me.. I normally keep my vehicles for at least a few years and it's an important purchase decision that I have to feel good about. Certified was easy to work with and they had a ton of financing options. They even got me a lower interest rate than what was originally quoted. It's been a long time since someone exceeded my expectations in any business. I was referred by a friend and know I know why. I've NEVER referred anyone to any dealership but highly recommend this company since they are straightforward, easy to deal with and don't play games with the purchase process. How refreshing to finally find a dealership that instead of just trying to "sell me a car", focused on making sure they understood what I wanted and what my budget was and then helped me find the right fit. Thanks to the whole CBB team for a job well done! Mark More
