James was very professional, dligent and told me exactly what I needed to do. I received a great price, had the car shipped to avoid paying "too much" sales tax (in 2 states), and the car arrived safely on Christmas Day! I really love the new car, and would do a deal with James again in the future. More

Great buying experience! I had been looking on the Internet for a 2011-2013 Mercedes E350. I found what looked like a really good car on Autotrader.com offered by CBB. I showe I had been looking on the Internet for a 2011-2013 Mercedes E350. I found what looked like a really good car on Autotrader.com offered by CBB. I showed interest and got an email from Jeff right away. I set up an appointment to see the car and when I got there Jeff had the car ready to look at. Jeff has had a lot of Mercedes experience and is an owner as well which really made me feel at home. This vehicle was better in person than on the Internet. Jeff worked with me on every aspect of the sale. They even helped me get the vehicle up to my place in North Scottsdale. I am really happy wih this car! Excellent, simple and easy purchase We were very surprised at how easy Jeff and Chris made the purchase process. The Jeep that we had seen on the Internet was even better than advertise We were very surprised at how easy Jeff and Chris made the purchase process. The Jeep that we had seen on the Internet was even better than advertised--it's condition compared favorably with their showroom Porsches and Beemers. When I walked into the showroom I thought I was looking at new cars, but they were used, in some cases several years old. I inspected all the cars inside and several outside, and each was pristine. When a couple of issues were found that would delay our taking the Jeep home, Chris arranged to have it delivered a couple of days later to our home--about 140 miles south of the dealership. The car was delivered with fuel in it, clean as we had seen it, by two CBB employees, friendly young men who stopped just short of our home and wiped it down. All in all, a very positive experience. Maxwell, our driver, was very courteous When we returned we were told the car was in excellent condition and no additional work was required.
