Genuine Pleasant Experience I had looked at a few cars at the CBB dealership (and other dealerships) over the last few months, not really finding the right car for me. During that time, Bobby Ortega of CBB remained a true professional example of how to treat people right and I quickly realized that when the right car came along, Bobby Ortega is whom I would purchase a car from. I always felt his main priority was ensuring my car needs were met, rather than trying to sell me any car, just to make a sale. I have purchased many cars over the years and this experience was by far the best. I cannot recommend CBB and Bobby Ortega high enough. High quality cars at a very good price, what more can a customer ask for! More

From beginning until end he was available to answer any questions I had, provide requested information & helped to ease my concerns with buying a car online. Even gave me a military discount! I LOVE MY NEW CAR! If I'd known it was this easy I might not have waited so long to purchase a new car! Thank you Bobby & Certified Benz & Beemers! I wanted to give them 5 out of 5 but the shipping process was frustrating for me as I'm an out of state customer & it took the company they selected to handle the shipping process 4 DAYS to bring the car about 300 miles! Maybe this is typical I don't know as I've never brought a vehicle online before. But my suggestion would be to save the shipping cost & the disappointment & fly down one way and pick the vehicle up yourself. More
