He never pressured me into buying the vehicle I bought today but was critical in getting me the car I wanted for sometime. He was very professional and showed me all the details of the the car as well and made my experience an excellent and pleasant one. He is very knowledgeable of the cars and did his very best to ensure I got the most for my trade-in and was my advocate as he dealt with the general manager at the dealership. He also offered to drop me off at the Airport off after I drop my vehicle to the dealership on Monday so they can take care of some the things they agreed to take care and he genuinely cares about his customers then just the sale. Only minuses were that markings made on the headlights with marker were not removed, so I had to remove them with rubbing alcohol when I got home and the gas tank was not full on delivery, which having worked at dealerships in the past, it is standard (or used to be) to deliver the car with a full tank.
