WORST Dealership experience Certified Benz and Beemer! The problem started with the salesman while test driving cars took my wife who is a DOCTOR, out for a test drive after finishing work at the hospital. The problem started with the salesman while test driving cars took my wife who is a DOCTOR, out for a test drive after finishing work at the hospital. She mentioned being tired and he asked if she was exhausted from spending her whole day shopping. This car salesman was hilariously horrible. He didn't know how to use the computer to check inventory. He didn't know what model car he was showing us. He had no idea how to put the car into Park. He left his medication wrappers on his desk. Then when he calls in the manager to help him and after he leaves the room to pull up the car the manager says, so what do you think of him? You can be honest... After that needless to say I changed salesmen. They tell me they have inspected the car and it is in perfect condition. So I take the car to AAA to be inspected. The engine exhaust is hanging from the bottom of the car and needs to be welded back. There is also a piece of metal in the tire that I explained to B&B it needed to be replaced. I paid $100 for the AAA inspection that they didn't refund me. When I brought the car back they welded the exhaust and instead of replacing the tire they patched it and put it back on the car. I take the car home and not surprisingly the tire is almost flat. I drive back to B&B and ask them how long the need the car for. They say for 3-4 days. So I tell them I am going on vacation for a week where they will have the car and give them the list of items needed. I had them repair the dent in the rear bumper, Fix the cracks in the windshield Put on the Xzilon, check the headlights. I also purchase the Xzilon paint protector and GPS installation. When I come back from vacation I drive to B&B and they tell me the bumper has been repaired but nothing else has been done. The car salesman says "That's the best we could do." In fact this is the least they could do! For me the least you could do is telephone me text me or email me to let me know I won't have my car ready when I return! That way I can have a rental and let my family know we won't have a car for the next 3 days which any other dealership would have, but no one even bothered to contact me! THEN Benz & Beemer tell me they have no rental cars available. So my wife has to pick me up. So I leave my car in the hopes it will be repaired. 3 days go by and they say they are finished. I go back and apparently there is only ONE person that can install the GPS and apply the Xzillon for the car. He won't be in till 3 days later. This would be a good thing to mention BEFORE I left my car there, once again, no one Contacted me. So I go back again after another day has passed and find that the Xzillon has smears left on the car and it has of course, been sitting in the AZ sun all day. So they have to buff it out. Don't bother with this product it's just not worth the price! They kept telling me how sorry they are and apologizing for everything with a different person explaining how it is all their fault. Everyone from the sales department to the service manager. I was told the owner was coming to see me an I waited a half hour and then was told He was too busy LOL! I don't care about an apology or who is to blame! Every time I tell them all I want is the common courtesy of a phone call letting me know what is happening. They never contacted me even ONCE because NONE OF THEM KNEW THERE WAS A PROBLEM TILL I ARRIVED AND POINTED OUT WHAT HAD NOT BEEN DONE! This is the point of this horrible experience. Thank god I didn't need any mechanical work done to the car. I would never have known that nothing had been done. No one seems to know what anyone else is doing or if it has been done at all. They all just ASSUME everyone did their job! They say yes before thinking about the problem and will not notify you if there is a problem. NO COMMUNICATION! PLEASE Do not take your car here for ANYTHING! Tracy Weaver is Great, apparently the only brain in the place. She was the only one to actually get anything done and answer questions. Explained car was "excess" since originally bought for Hawaii and have since moved to Waikiki where I can walk everywhere almost so no car needed especially due to seasonal residence. Gave him keys and he carefully inspected car - only 7800 miles. Asked what I wanted for car. Told him. He went to back office and returned promptly. Offered me a few percent less than my price. Only because he was so professional and prompt and no BS I accepted with no haggling. We shook hands on it and that is important to me as a successful business man. Office was closed or we would have closed right then. I returned next AM for closing. Done in minutes with again no BS or hassles or needless talk about trivia. Time is valuable to us all and he gets that. I will recommend your dealership and especially Jim Beyer to friends and associates for either selling or buying a used vehicle. Fred S. 5/20/14 More

From the time I got ther I would recommend this dealership to everyone. I went in on a Tuesday night to look at trading in my car for a different one. From the time I got there I was greeted by Danny who gave me exceptional customer service and followed up the next day with prices and quotes for my used vehicle. By Thursday I was driving off the lot in my new car and for the first time enjoyed buying a car and not having to worry about what I was investing in. Lee and Jack were also great at following up with me to see my needs were met and if I had any questions. I plan on coming back here to buy my next vehicle no questions asked. More
Bought Used Car I was looking for a used Prowler and saw one on the internet. I contacted the dealership and was helped right away. I was scared to purchase a car I was looking for a used Prowler and saw one on the internet. I contacted the dealership and was helped right away. I was scared to purchase a car on line but, Rich Borman and Peter Williams were great. Both of these guys guided me through the process. I have not seen the car yet. But ,I feel I will be extremely happy with my purchase. After all: the Prowler is my dream car. I will certainly recommend family and friends alike to this dealership. Won't buy from here again Bought a car from them a month ago. It's been back in the dealership 3 times since for warranty work. I didn't get owners manual for the car, no spare key, and I contacted them for my custom plates back from my previous car and never received a response. Quite disappointed and will never buy from them again. Once I drove off the site I haven't heard from them again. Now I have a malfunctioning vehicle I'm stuck with. Make sure you really test drive your vehicle in all conditions of driving. Mine started acting up on the way home from the dealership :( took it back next morning and then I was sent to bmw north Scottsdale for work to be done. More
Generally a good experience, but with room for improvement The vehicle was as described and our sales person (Matt) was ready for us when we arrived at our scheduled time. The test drive and price discussions for both the purchase vehicle and trade-in were all smooth and positive. That's when things started to go South. While signing papers with Finance, despite stating we weren't interested in an extended warranty, we go a hard sell from the Finance guy. No means no, thank you. Then a couple of other things happened that weren't so great. The vehicle key presented at the test drive was a valet type key without a lock/unlock remote. When I questioned Matt that the vehicle did indeed have remote entry remotes, he stated that it didn't as it was a "lower end model". As it turns out all models of this vehicle, a Toyota Prius C, do come from the factory with two remotes. These are only available from the dealer and it's now costing me $520 to get two remotes from our local Toyota dealer and have them programmed. Guess the sales price of the vehicle wasn't quite as good as I thought...The other problem we encountered involved the vehicle information display that was reading in Spanish during our test drive. We asked for that to be changed to English. We waited for over 30 minutes after the vehicle was detailed while service attempted to change the language of the display. Eventually they gave up and we were told that since the vehicle was under manufacturers warranty that we might want to take it to the Lexus dealership down the street. Not so helpful. Once we got off the lot, and spent two minutes reading the owner's manual, we were able to change the language to English in about 30 seconds. More
