Generally a good experience, but with room for improvement The vehicle was as described and our sales person (Matt) was ready for us when we arrived at our scheduled time. The test drive and price discussions for both the purchase vehicle and trade-in were all smooth and positive. That's when things started to go South. While signing papers with Finance, despite stating we weren't interested in an extended warranty, we go a hard sell from the Finance guy. No means no, thank you. Then a couple of other things happened that weren't so great. The vehicle key presented at the test drive was a valet type key without a lock/unlock remote. When I questioned Matt that the vehicle did indeed have remote entry remotes, he stated that it didn't as it was a "lower end model". As it turns out all models of this vehicle, a Toyota Prius C, do come from the factory with two remotes. These are only available from the dealer and it's now costing me $520 to get two remotes from our local Toyota dealer and have them programmed. Guess the sales price of the vehicle wasn't quite as good as I thought...The other problem we encountered involved the vehicle information display that was reading in Spanish during our test drive. We asked for that to be changed to English. We waited for over 30 minutes after the vehicle was detailed while service attempted to change the language of the display. Eventually they gave up and we were told that since the vehicle was under manufacturers warranty that we might want to take it to the Lexus dealership down the street. Not so helpful. Once we got off the lot, and spent two minutes reading the owner's manual, we were able to change the language to English in about 30 seconds. More

Aaron Stowers was awesome!!!!! Stopped in to look at a few cars I found online on their website. Everyone was very nice from the second in walked in, even the front desk girl. I could tell he sincerely wanted to get me into the car that best suited my price range and needs.This dealership was supposed to be my starting off point but Aaron was so genuine and helping that it ended up being the place I bought my new car !!! In shopping for our current purchase we visited a number of used car dealers. Most reenforced my sense of dread... but when dealing with Travis Walters at Benz and Beemer my wife and I both did not feel pressured. He was informative but not pushy. The whole experience was relaxed. We feel we got a good value for the price we paid, but the reason we will consider going back for our next car is the relaxed sales atmosphere. More

Excellent Service! What a difference when you deal with people who care. After having dealt with 2 previous miserable experiences at 2 different dealerships in the east What a difference when you deal with people who care. After having dealt with 2 previous miserable experiences at 2 different dealerships in the east valley, my wife and I came across Certified Benz and Beemer (CBB) in Scottsdale. What a pleasure! The experience started as soon as I walked on to dealership property. I meet with Travis, our sales person. Travis was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable, he provided my wife and I with information when asked. No run-around, no hassle ... nice! Travis stayed with us throughout the purchase of the vehicle and kept us informed if anything arose. When the documents were signed and my wife took the vehicle it was clean, filled with gas, and my wife was shown some of the key features. We were never rushed into a decision or rushed after the purchase. I look forward to working with Travis and the CBB staff when I purchase my next vehicle in 1 year. They are the best!!!!! I came looking for a car, knowing that I was going to get turned down just like everywhere else. When I filled out the app I let Danny know that my Cr I came looking for a car, knowing that I was going to get turned down just like everywhere else. When I filled out the app I let Danny know that my Credit was bad, He said we can work with you, no need to worry, I was surprised that he was willing to work with me. and when I started waking the lot I still was worried. I did let him know that I was really worried still that I would really like a car and not be able to get that car, he told me don't worry, I will work with the number all you have to do is find a car in your budget.
