It was two weeks from my first visit until I made the decision to buy. During that time, she followed up with me a few times, but was never pushy or overbearing… just helpful. During the purchasing process Fabiana introduced me to David James, sales general manager. He had a lot of background details and history on the car. Very helpful to the overall process. When Fabiana said she was going to introduce me to the GM I was ready for some high pressure sales pitch… that was not at all the case. He just wanted to make sure I had all the information I needed. Once I decided to purchase Fabiana had a written deal sent to me instantly. It was incredibly easy to understand. Straight forward doc fee, that’s it. It’s probably worth a mention that CBB puts tint and ceramic coat on all the cars for a non negotiable $995. I wish they didn’t do that, and I have no idea how to prove it’s even been done. The condition of the vehicle and paint finish was exceptional but there’s no real evidence of tint. The glass just looks clear. I was able to look past this quickly and not get hung up on it but I do with I could have opted out of that. I filled out a credit application and that was easier and faster than I could have imagined. Then, I met Brock in finance snd things got even easier. He had me in and out in like 5 mins no joke. He was exceptionally knowledgeable of the car business as a whole and I really enjoyed talking with him. In summary, I bought an exceptional car for a fair price and it was the easiest vehicle purchasing process I’ve ever had. More
