I just bought BMW iX from Certified Benz & Beemer and had an amazing experience even though I live in a different state. Their no-haggle prices are much lower than others. Jamie Herbranson at the dealershi an amazing experience even though I live in a different state. Their no-haggle prices are much lower than others. Jamie Herbranson at the dealership is amazing and helped me out a lot. He was very honest and very prompt in responding even over his weekend off. He would send me detailed videos to answer my questions. They have the process of selling and shipping vehicles out of state down to a science and is seamless. Jamie got the documents processed and ship the car to me in 4 days. I would totally recommend the dealership and Jamie there to anyone! More

While trying to negotiate price, I was sent a very rude text from Jamie telling me he would prob sell to another customer that didn't need to negotiate and knew a good price when he saw it. (even though the car was $1400 over fair value) I never went to social media after this terrible text/customer service, but instead reached out to the manager. With hesitation, I decided to move forward with the purchase; I was assured this was not they way they did business. 3 days after receiving the car in Ohio, the vacuum actuator on trunk went bad. So now the trunk detects that it's open and the convertible will not go down. After reaching out to them(they never called to follow up after delivery as promised), they basically told me "too bad". I'm guessing they knew about this and never disclosed info. Prob did the youtube quick fix and took fuse in and out to get it to work for a few days. After paying $24,700 for this vehicle I would've expected them to offer to pay for this. I should have known this is the service I would get after the rude text from Jamie about trying to negotiate the price (which they only came down $300) and another issue...even though he always said "I like to be fully transparent", I didn't discover that the sunshade was broke until after I had purchased vehicle. I was willing to overlook that, but the trunk actuator is ridiculous! I am highly disappointed in this dealership! More

Andy is “The Man! ” I was looking for another vehicle that was a bit different from the typical vehicle. I called Andy and proceeded to tell him what I was looking for ” I was looking for another vehicle that was a bit different from the typical vehicle. I’m glad to say I’ve dealt with Andy in the past and that was a great experience. True to his word he called and said that the Tesla I wanted had been Approved! He informed me that he had already had it charged and washed and Ready-To-Go. What a guy!!! More
