James answered all of my questions promptly and sent updates accompanied by videos to show progress on preparations to ship the Panamera. The pre-purchase inspection confirmed that this Panamera was in good condition and as advertised. Shipping was lined up and the Panamera was delivered on time to me in Danville, Virginia.
