I was skeptical before coming here, thinking it's a "used car dealership", so I'm expecting the "used car dealership experience", right? Wrong. Andy was our sales rep at CBB, and I had a far better exper car dealership", so I'm expecting the "used car dealership experience", right? Wrong. Andy was our sales rep at CBB, and I had a far better experience with him vs the actual BMW dealership we went to in Chandler. The other dealer had all the 'one-liners' and overly fake dialogue. Andy at CBB, on the other hand, was no xx & very straight forward. He didn't waste our time and was incredibly knowledgeable. Our decision to finalize with CBB came down to the vehicle, sales person, and overall experience at their dealership. I would definitely recommend Andy & CBB! If you are looking at pre-owned vehicles then do yourself a favor and make sure this is a place you don't pass up before finalizing. I will be back again in the future! More

My experience at Certified Benz & Beemer was overall good. David Escalante was our sales rep. We did end up trading in my car for a bigger SUV.
