I recently had the best experience with Andy and the staff at Certified Benz and Beemer. I live over two hours away and when I found a vehicle I had been looking for I inquired about it. Not thinking I would hear anything with it being a Sunday. Within just a few hours Andy was giving me a call about the car. We got there when they were about to close, they stayed open for us and made our decision and process that much easier. Within an hour or so I had signed for my new vehicle and was heading home. The car was getting a detail and minor things and they even offered to bring it to me when finished. Everyone there at Certified Benz and Beemer were extremely helpful in every way and I would highly recommend them to anyone. My car buying process has never been so easy. . Collin went out of his way to work me in under difficult circumstances, needing a full inspection on a Saturday with no appointment. This was all while visiting from out of state and needing to return home circumstances, needing a full inspection on a Saturday with no appointment. This was all while visiting from out of state and needing to return home due to local obligations. Not only was he able to help with completing the inspection, walking me through all findings (which were requested as a second opinion vs the local BMW dealer inspection same week), but also identify an important miss that could have proven costly on my return trip. All of this, in addition to knocking out one of my service package oil changes, helped my family and I out tremendously. Cant thank him, and the entire team at CBB enough for helping me out if a jam!
