Certified Benz & Beemer has been a great place for me to service my 2014 X1. I’ve been coming here since I had a bad experience with the service at another dealership where I purchased my car. Collin Moore service my 2014 X1. I’ve been coming here since I had a bad experience with the service at another dealership where I purchased my car. Collin Moore has been a great service advisor. Very nice person easy to talk to and goes the extra mile to get problems fixed. I just had my car in and Collin did a great job on getting my car fixed. I came in for a broken window regulator and it turned out I had some other concerns with my car that he found. I was very glad Collin pointed out the other concerns on my car and got them fixed as well. The dealership is very clean and well kept. The waiting area is nice also with a wide variety of drinks and snacks. I will definitely continue to have my X1 serviced here at Benz & Beemer. More
