Wasn't a great experience. I found the vehicle online that I liked and discussed with the Sales Person the reason for purchase was to put a tow package on the Land Rover Discovery and I asked if they cou that I liked and discussed with the Sales Person the reason for purchase was to put a tow package on the Land Rover Discovery and I asked if they could install one for me at the dealership which I would pay for it. They said they couldn't do that, I asked multiple questions about the tow package and who to contact and what they thought it would cost to do so. They deflected and just said to look it up on Uhaul. They were not interested in truly helping me out especially at the beginning when they didn't believe that I was actually going to buy the vehicle. Well I went online and found out the price for the tow package to be 450 with Uhaul so I bought the vehicle. Then I try to get it installed at Uhaul and they advise me with my type of Land Rover they don't have the right hitch and i need to contact Land Rover. So then i did reach out to the dealership which i bought the vehicle from and they tracked down a Land Rover Dealer that could actually do it for me but the cost would be 1,750. It's a dissapointing experience because I wasn't valued as a customer until after i had signed and at that point i was already stuck and out of the 1,750 in extra costs. The other dealership I was working with was able to install the hitch as a part of the package but i went with this one because of the miles were lower on the vehicle but the service provided wasn't worth the lower miles. I want to say this is the first time that we had dealt with Benz and Beemer. I called the dealership to inquire about the Jeep Cherokee listed and was given to the sales rep. Chris Dressel. He told me about the vehicle and sent me all of the information on it. We discussed our trade in and he sent me the form to fill out. The initial quote on the trade came back in the area I was thinking so we scheduled to come down. We live in Chino Valley so it was not a short drive and we were hoping everything was as we had discussed. It was and the purchasing process went very smooth and the vehicle was cleaned and ready when we finished the paperwork. Everyone was very friendly and they have a nice waiting area with drinks and snacks that we appreciated. We will tell others of our great experience. Thanks Chris Bob and Teresa Wendt More
